Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how we refund Quilin Pro subscriptions purchased directly from Quilin. It applies to subscriptions billed by Paddle on quilin.ai. Subscriptions purchased through the Mac App Store are governed by Apple's refund policy and are not covered here.
14-day full refund window
You can request a full refund of any new Quilin Pro subscription — monthly or annual — within 14 days of the purchase date. The refund is for the full amount you paid; we do not pro-rate or deduct for days used.
After 14 days: cancel anytime, no refund for unused time
After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing us. When you cancel, your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. We do not refund unused portions of a billing period.
Billing errors and accidental charges
If you were charged in error — for example, an accidental renewal, a double charge, or a charge after a successful cancellation — we will refund it regardless of when it happened. Card-network rules require this and we will honor it.
How to request a refund
Email support@quilin.ai with the order ID or Paddle receipt number. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to the original payment method. We do not refund to a different card or account.
Mac App Store purchases
If you bought Quilin Pro through the Mac App Store, Apple is the merchant of record. We cannot refund those purchases. Submit a refund request through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
